Odd how the space after "Better if used before" is blank - I think that's a good thing.

How typical of life that it ends before all is revealed.

Thanks very much, Lúcia

I don't put those stories in the comments because I want the works to speak for themselves - but I enjoy telling them if someone is interested :D

Yup. Can't explain it - life or the collage - but the feeling is there.

And good Monday morning, Yvette :tea:

that's a great association, Claudia, thanks. I'm not sure why they're connected either but somehow it makes sense!

how sad that you do not reveal the secret about satisfaction once and for all
(though i was always sure that it is set in a broken frame !)

yes, the breaking of the frame is part of the (not-so-secret) secret of it!

it's so funny how this piece started. i glued that blue scrap down simply to test some gel medium. no plan, no intention of doing more. but then i liked it so much i kept adding things. and then... the piece asked for a broken frame.

now. these are the best stories and idea !! when i do something on intention it normally turns out worse as the spontaneous pieces ...

sometimes - for me - doing intentional pieces is a way of staying close to the materials so that a spontaneous one can occur. i do believe in working rather than waiting for inspiration... but i like the pieces that "come to me" by themselves.
