Sorry i tried to write my comment in Appolinarian style but it seems the spaces would not be accepted by the f... s...t..d machine...

Anyway, i understand one thing here:
I should drink more tea and read more poetry...

Tea and poetry, yes, more for all of us. :tea:

Oh no, just an attempt at automatic writing. Never was really satisfied with what came out of it.

Nice... I'm blagging the technique :D
In cut-up poetry (and blacked-out)your always so aware of the missing text, but here it still feels... relevant. Kinda like the feeling of aphasia you mentioned...

Thanks very much. The spacing contributes to that aphasic feeling too, moving across and down the page, gradually finding words.

the un-certainty in their order, meaning, the ghost words... something familiar, but distorted & obscured... but by your art, not faulty brain-wiring...

 Right. There are several paths through this piece. And I admit - I'm fond of it!

i usually find it interesting that i'm aware of missing text, i'd even say this one is just "too professional" for my taste!

It's interesting to "go professional" for a change sometimes.

This one certainly led to an amazing comment thread.

It does look quite smoooth, but you should experiment as and how you feel, and it does seem to have got quite a reaction :)

First time I've heard tea stains called pretty!

No apology necessary, glad to have the response. De gustibus non disputandum est!

Of course stains can be pretty. Blues can be pretty. Words can be pretty.
I am pretty sure!

Do you get my point, know what I mean?, or have earned my self a black eye!

Or did I miss something?

I have an idea of what prettiness is - different from beauty, more superficial, right? - I don't think this is pretty, honestly. Maybe beautiful, a little bit, that's what I was hoping for. I think the somewhat strange text helps de-prettify it. But - how you see it is fine with me, no black eye for you.

Ah come – lets wrestle!

Maybe I am the superficial one!

Not pretty but superficial!
